TO SUCCESSFUL PASSERS OF THE WRITTEN LICENSURE EXAMINATION FOR MASSAGE THERAPIST
DATE: April 22, 2022

 

Please be informed that a practical examination will be conducted at the following:

  • Metro Manila, Region 3, 4A, and CAR – April 25-28, 2022, Venue: City Garden Suites Hotel Manila -1158 A. Mabini St, Ermita, Manila, Metro Manila

 

Time :

7:00AM – 8:00AM – Registration

8:00AM – Onwards – Oral/Practical Exam

 

Every examinee is advised to bring a subject.

Documents to be prepared/to bring:

  • Any government ID card as proof of Identity
  • Vaccination card or RT PCR test with a negative result (examinee and subject)
  • Also, please bring the following:
      1. Two copies of the passport-size picture with white background and Nametag
      2. Wear your uniform/scrub suit or white shirt
      3. Drape/s
      4. Disinfectants (i.e. alcohol, Lysol)
