CEUE ADVISORY NO 2022-002

Rescheduling of the Licensure Examination for Embalmers

 

The Committee of Examiners for Embalmers and Undertakers (CEUE) would like to Inform all applicants that the conduct of the written examination for embalmers on October 27-28, 2022 will be Rescheduled to November 7-8, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM in Metro Manila (Exact venue to be announced). All applications and other requirements may be submitted personally or through a representative to CEUE Secretariat located on Ground Floor Bldg. 15, San Lazaro Compound, Sta. Cruz, Manila starting October 10, 2022, Extended until October 28, 2022, only.

Please be guided accordingly,

Requirements:

  1. Duly accomplished and notarized prescribed application form
  2. Four (4) copies of passport-size ID picture taken within the last six (6) months 
  3. Copy of the original receipt as payment of examination fee
  4. Certificate of good moral character issued by the Barangay Captain where the applicant resided
  5. NBI Clearance/Certification or Clearance from the provincial fiscal indicating he/she is not convicted by the court of any case involving moral turpitude
  6. Certificate as proof he/she skillfully embalmed at least 10 cadavers with one (1) year period under the supervision of any licensed embalmer.
  7. Certificate of Training of one hundred forty (140 hours) from any DOH-accredited training institution signed by the accredited training provider that he/she had received the following instructions:
