| In exigency of Public Service, Please be Informed that All Licensed Covid-19 Testing Laboratory may continue operation of their Covid-19 Testing Laboratory pending the issuance of their License to operate (LTO) for this year, January 1, 2022 to December 1, 2022, and subject for post evaluation and monitoring. The Health Facilities and Services and Regulatory Bureau will resume onsite work on January 12, 2022, due to arising morbidity rate among personnel and building disinfection. |
| We Shall issue your LTO once the Bureau has resumed onsite operation.
